Laurie is truly an amazing lady...we gave her the countries we wanted to see in our 3 week time frame and she put the most incredible amazing itinerary together for us ...it was defiantly a trip of a life time for my husband and I and were blessed to bring our two grandchildren with...Laurie went over and above with the whole trip..she had things lined up very well...and if we had a problem while traveling she was immeaditly on top of finding a solution. Her customer service skills and caring personality made her a gem to work with...I have worked with other travel agents ..but none as efficient as Laurie...we will definitely be utilizing her services for future vacations....
