Brenda has been here for us through our whole vacation. From getting the ball rolling to getting the flights, booking our Sandals rooms and helping with the excursions, Brenda did it all. ,,,,We were in constant communication and if an issue arose, I could call, text or email her at anytime. Jamaica to St. Lucia Switch Up

Brenda did an amazing job setting up our trip to Jamaica. We had planned to go to St Lucia but our resort shut down due to COVID 2 weeks before our trip. Not only did Brenda set us up in Jamaica on short notice, she got us an amazing 2500 square foot suite with two bedrooms, three baths , full kitchen, and a pool table. The balcony was also huge with an amazing view of the ocean. I can't thank Brenda enough for saving our vacation and going above and beyond to make our trip amazing. Thank you so much. Dom

Brenda did an amazing job coordinating our trip! We were a late add on to a larger group of friends going that she had already set up! She was able to get us all squared away like we had booked when they did! We all had an amazing time and it was zero stress for us trying to get things scheduled last minute! We may be states away from her but when needed we will use her again!

We have use Brenda auto at SunRay travel for the last two years. Some of our travel I have been easy..... but others were complicated as she handled them extremely professional and quick. she always answers the phone no matter how many times I’ve called with questions or having to make changes. Or knowledge of the products and locations of where we’re going have been extremely helpful. The greatest thing for me is the time I say if I have it in her book our travel plans from rental cars to hotels to our flights. I recommend Brenda to handle anyone’s travel!

Honeymoon Bliss in Cancun

If only we could give her a higher rating! Brenda planned our honeymoon at the most amazing resort in Cancun. Since we had never been before, she had the most fantastic recommendations.,,,She booked us a VIP suite, business-class airplane tickets, and a honeymoon package, all under budget! Even after all things were booked, she noticed that our resort had a promotion providing free, private transportation to and from the airport, and we received additional savings. ,,,When we couldn't get in touch with the local travel operator for our day trip and boat ride to Isla Mujeres, she ended up getting our answers and got it settled right away on a Sunday evening. She truly cares about not only planning a special vacation for you but also making sure you continue to have the best experience and no worries during your trip! A wonderful partner to work with and we will certainly be using her again and telling our friends all about her!
