We recently returned from an unforgettable cruise aboard Holland America's Rotterdam, with amazing stops in Bonaire and Aruba — and we have Catherine Thompson to thank for helping make it all happen. From the very beginning, Cathy was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. She answered every question promptly and thoroughly and researched all the details. Cathy suggested the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure, including the dreamy Chogogo Dive & Beach Resort in Bonaire and a luxurious day pass at Aruba’s RIU Palace Antillas. She even guided us toward an excellent island tour in Aruba with a phenomenal local guide. What stood out most was her thoughtful follow-through — not only during the planning but also after we returned home. It’s clear Cathy truly cares about her clients’ experiences. Her professionalism, insight, and personal touch made this journey seamless and special. Highly recommended!

A wonderful Danube Cruise

A Danube Cruise was on our bucket list so when we saw an ad from Cathy with a good discount, we signed up. Cathy was available for all our questions and researched anything we wanted to know. She followed up in a timely manner on everything that needed further response from us at points along the way (deposits due, full payment due, etc.). And followed up after our trip to find out how things went. A very caring and professional agent.

Catherine made the booking process one of the easiest experiences. We told her what we were looking for and our budget and she delivered everything we were asking for. She was extremely patient with our questions and requests. Catherine always responded quickly which was such a relief. Because of an offer at booking that stated that if prices were to drop we would be offered the difference, Catherine was extremely prompt at notifying us of price changes as soon as they occurred which meant that we did not miss out. Our resort stay was excellent with a resort that we would probably choose again if we go to Puerto Plata. Catherine also sent gentle reminders when it was time to complete tasks associated with the trip such as e-ticket completion, flight check-ins, etc. To top it all off, prior to our trip, she requested a meeting and gave us each a beautiful, thoughtful gift. At the end of our trip, she sent us a message to see how our trip was. Just because we paid for our trip in Ja
