Working with Michele has been a wonderful experience! She has gone above and beyond for my family this entire time. She has been so helpful with minute details that she didn’t necessarily need to. From booking travel, assisting with insurance, getting our flights booked, downloading passports and even helping my elderly mother get checked in for her cruise. I have never experienced such grace and patience and she did it with a gratitude the entire time. Usually a DIY travel person, Michele made this whole experience very easy and stress free for our entire family. Thank you so much for all you did for us. I was traveling with an older gentleman and it would have been nice if the hotels etc.. would be close to the reception area. Anything that can help with not having to walk a long distance. He is capable but distance is a problem.
