I have worked with Pam twice and both times had a great experience. I originally decided to try using a travel agent to book our honeymoon. I told Pam our budget and the type of vacation we were looking for. She gave us several location options and we decided on Riviera Maya. She then gave us several resorts to choose from. She was able to tell us the pros and cons of each resort - their proximity to town, pools, spas, etc - which was very helpful. We picked a resort and from there Pam took care of everything. Flights, transportation to and from airport, and the resort were all booked for us. Fast forward to our vacation and we had a fantastic time. The resort was exactly what we were looking for. I saved so much time not having to research locations, looked at dozens of resorts, and get everything booked. It was definitely worth it.

All in all, it was a great experience and didn't consume lots of time We knew we wanted to go to Mexico and on the Atlantic side and having a 2.5 year old and 8 month old in tow, I needed some must-haves within our budget. There are so many resorts and reviews, it is just so hard to navigate, so I left it up to Pam and even consulted some other agents, who would not stay with in our budget and seemed to whip automatic responses. With kids, I needed a suite style room and family friendly with child care and didn't want to both other guests. I also wanted a nice hotel and decent food and a nice fitness center. We landed on Paradisus La Esmeralda and it was perfect and the most kid- friendly environment ever (you don't want to go to family side without fairly young kids -- they are everywhere) which was perfect for us. You read so many reviews and they all had some complaints, dirty, too much walking, bad wifi... the people are just complainers -- Pam steered us in the perfect direction.

We recommended her to our friends and would definitely use her again. We went to Hotel Xcaret in Mexico. Probably one of the best resorts we have been to. The activities were the biggest difference from the other resorts. There are multiple activity parks associated with the hotel. It was one of the most enjoyable trips we have taken. The hotel itself is quite new (only about 2 years old). The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable. The food was top notch! We would absolutely go there again.

I am Pam's Aunt and We just want to thank her for her assistance getting us home during the airport shut downs due to Covid 19 in March of 2020. We were scheduled to leave Belize and heard they were shutting down the Belize City airport the day before we were scheduled to leave. After several attempts to contact the airline I finally called Pam, even though she had not made our airline plans and she graciously went about contacting the airline for us and getting our flights changed as well as changing hotel reservations for us at the end of our flight home. The only reason we gave a 4 star, rather than a 5 star rating, was that it sometimes took many back and forth EMails to get clear answers to our many questions. We shouldn't have worried. The UNICO Resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico, was a superb choice. It exceeded our expectations on all levels. Considering that the resort, and particularly our ocean front King Room, (cost daily as an all-inclusive,) much more than we would have normally spent, it was worth every penny. Having both worked in the travel industry as flight attendants for a major airline for over 40+ years, we have vast experience about what makes for a good (or bad) travel experience. I would have to place this venue, at (or very near) the top for its location, peace and quiet, incredible food, and customer service. Know that if you might be a little shocked at the high-season rates, particularly for ocean front King room, go for it! It is worth every penny. You won't regret your choice!

Beach chairs – there was no race to get beach chairs in the morning. Many resorts simply don’t have enough.<br/>4. All of the restaurants had good service & getting reservations was not a problem.<br/>5. We are not too much into entertainment at all inclusive, but we did enjoy this resort's entertainment.<br/>6. Support staff - all were very helpful and friendly.<br/>7. Security - I have never seen so many security people at all hours of the day throughout the resort. We didn't experience any issues or ever feel threatened.<br/>8. Sunrises were absolutely beautiful.<br/><br/><br/>Negative – I think the pricing was too high when compared to other all inclusive resorts.<br/>

All in all, it was a great experience and didn't consume lots of time We knew we wanted to go to Mexico and on the Atlantic side and having a 2.5 year old and 8 month old in tow, I needed some must-haves within our budget. There are so many resorts and reviews, it is just so hard to navigate, so I left it up to Pam and even consulted some other agents, who would not stay with in our budget and seemed to whip automatic responses. With kids, I needed a suite style room and family friendly with child care and didn't want to both other guests. I also wanted a nice hotel and decent food and a nice fitness center. We landed on Paradisus La Esmeralda and it was perfect and the most kid- friendly environment ever (you don't want to go to family side without fairly young kids -- they are everywhere) which was perfect for us. You read so many reviews and they all had some complaints, dirty, too much walking, bad wifi... the people are just complainers -- Pam steered us in the perfect direction.

The beds were awful and made noise even with the smallest movements and the showers weren't clean at all. Lastly the service at the resort was not good at all.
